How we calculate your delay risk

Your result is based on three factors: time since registration, your ePhilID activation status, and your tracking result. These are combined with the expected processing range for your specific region to produce a personalized risk level.

🟢 On Track Within normal processing range for your region.
🟡 Monitor Approaching the upper range — keep checking weekly.
🟠 Elevated Delay Beyond average range. A PSA inquiry is recommended.
🔴 High Delay Risk Significantly overdue. Action required — visit PSA.

    Editorial note — NationalIDDigital.ph team

Delay risk thresholds are based on PSA batch processing data, PHLPost delivery reports, and community-verified timelines collected from applicants across all 17 regions from January–September 2026. Individual results may vary. For the most accurate status, always track your specific TRN at philsys.gov.ph and contact PSA at 1800-11-773-1111 for concerns.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Delay and tracking answers based on PSA data and verified by NationalIDDigital.ph — September 2026.

Normal PhilSys card delivery takes 3 to 9 months from registration. NCR and Central Luzon average 3 to 5 months. Visayas and Northern Mindanao average 5 to 7 months. Remote island provinces and BARMM can take 7 to 9 months or more due to PHLPost routing distances and cargo boat schedules.
If your National ID has not arrived after 12 months: (1) Track your TRN at philsys.gov.ph to see the current status; (2) If status shows Returned to Sender, claim your card at the nearest PHLPost office within 30 days; (3) If status is stuck on For Printing for more than 6 months, visit any PSA branch with your TRN and a valid ID to file a Card Status Inquiry; (4) If your TRN shows Not Found, visit PSA to verify your registration record.
Returned to Sender means PHLPost attempted delivery to your registered address but was unsuccessful after multiple attempts, and the card has been sent back. Go to the PHLPost delivery office nearest your registered address, bring your TRN and a valid ID, and claim the card in person. Do this within 30 days or the card may be returned to PSA and require a re-delivery request.
The digital PhilID on the eGovPH app activates 4 to 8 weeks after registration as PSA processes your biometric data in batches. If it has been more than 8 weeks and your ePhilID still does not appear, your biometric data may not have been fully processed. Visit any PSA branch with your TRN to check your record status.
A TRN showing Not Found is completely normal within the first 4 to 6 weeks after registration. The database syncs in weekly batches, not real time. If it has been more than 8 weeks, try entering your TRN without any spaces or dashes. If still not found after 3 months, visit any PSA branch with your original TRN slip for a manual record lookup.
No expedited delivery option exists for PhilSys cards. All cards are delivered by PHLPost in batch order based on the BSP printing schedule and your region. However, your digital PhilID on the eGovPH app is legally valid and accepted everywhere the physical card is accepted — use it as your primary ID while waiting.
The TRN (Transaction Reference Number) is the 15-digit number on your registration slip given to you on the day you registered. It is used to track your card delivery at philsys.gov.ph. The PhilSys ID number (PSN) is a different number printed on the physical PhilID card once it is issued. You need the TRN for tracking — not the PSN, which you will not know until the card arrives.
