Every center listed here is sourced directly from the official PhilSys registry at philsys.gov.ph as of June 2026. You do not need to register at a center in your hometown — you can walk into any center anywhere in the Philippines and register using the address where you want your card delivered.

What to Bring to Your Registration Appointment
You need your supporting documents to complete Step 2 (biometric registration). Below is the short checklist. For the complete list of every accepted primary and secondary document, see our full requirements guide.
- At least one primary document — PSA-issued Birth Certificate, valid Philippine Passport, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), or any of the other accepted primary IDs.
- If no primary document: any two secondary documents — examples include a school ID with photo, barangay certificate with photo, PhilHealth card, or voter's ID.
- For minors (under 18) — PSA Birth Certificate plus a parent or guardian with their own valid ID present in person at registration.
- Your appointment confirmation — if you booked through the PhilSys Registration System. Not needed for walk-in centers.
- Know your registered address — this is where your physical ID card will be delivered by PHLPost, so bring the address you want on the card.

Tips for a faster visit
Arrive before 9 AM Walk-in queues at busy centers can be long by mid-morning — especially on Saturdays.
Have documents ready before you queue Some centers ask you to present them at the door, not just at the counter.
No need to bring a photo Your photo is captured on-site during biometric registration — don't pay anyone for a pre-taken ID photo.
Registration is free No fees are collected at any official center. If asked for payment, do not pay and report it to PSA.
Keep your TRN slip After registration, you receive a Transaction Reference Number slip — keep this to track your card delivery.

The PSA operates fixed registration centers in every province across all 17 regions of the Philippines, plus additional mall-based and LGU-hosted sites. If your municipality does not have a fixed center, the nearest provincial or city center is where you should go — you can register at any center regardless of where you are officially registered. You can also check philsys.gov.ph for the most current list.

Go to the nearest fixed registration center in your provincial capital or nearest city. You are not required to register in your home city — any PSA center in the Philippines can process your registration. The PSA also conducts mobile registration drives in remote barangays through LGU coordination. Ask your barangay captain or local PSA office whether a mobile registration event is scheduled in your area soon.
Book through the PhilSys Registration System (PRS) at register.philsys.gov.ph. Create an account with your mobile number or email, browse available slots at centers near you, and confirm the booking. Most PSA fixed centers operate Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Many centers in Mindanao and in busy urban areas also operate on Saturdays. Mall-based centers typically run Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 or 10:00 AM to 6:00 or 7:00 PM. The Cebu IT Park colocation center has the longest hours: Monday to Sunday, 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Yes. You can use any PhilSys registration center in the Philippines — there is no restriction based on your home address or registered municipality. The address you provide during registration is where your physical card will be delivered by PHLPost, so use the address where you actually want to receive it, not necessarily your hometown address.
Yes — completely free. No fees are collected at any official PSA registration center for biometric capture, card production, or delivery. Be cautious of social media posts or individuals offering to secure an appointment or expedite registration for a fee — this is not authorized by PSA and is a known scam. Report any fee collection at an official center to PSA immediately.
Bring at least one primary supporting document — a PSA Birth Certificate, Philippine Passport, or UMID are the most common. If you have no primary document, bring any two secondary documents such as a school ID with photo, barangay certificate with photo, PhilHealth card, or voter's ID. Originals are required — photocopies are not accepted as replacements.
